The Project

Tilstra Physical Therapy is a physical therapy and dance medicine practice based in Nashville, TN. It was founded by Elizabeth Tilstra, one of the official physical therapists of the Nashville Ballet. We designed a site that is appealing to dancers and non-dancers alike using warm, welcoming tones. Lots of behind-the-scenes style photos lends credibility and trust to this emerging practice.
